Have your broker’s license? We encourage our agents to keep learning and reward any agent who obtains their broker’s license with an ongoing 90%-10% split structure without any additional fees.  If you are not yet a broker, you still receive the benefit of never having any fees paid to Patriot Realty Inc, when maintaining your license with us! The minimum split percentage that every agent receives starts with a 70%-30% and increases based on commissions earned.


We appreciate when our agents enjoy working with us enough to want to add their colleagues. Because of this, Any licensee that brings in another licensee will receive a 5% profit share of every deal forever as long as both licensees remain with Patriot Realty INC. We see the agent recruitment as a win-win and that is why the profit share percentage is allocated out of the brokerage cut, so that the recruited licensee does not ever have their commissions reduced.


We want all of our agents to succeed in the industry, which is why we offer complimentary business coaching with our licensed coach who develops and implements individual business plans to help our agents achieve their goals.

Our brokerage has fully furnished office space with computers, scanners, and printers on both the east and west sides of the metro for our agents to work from without charging for desk fees, technology fees, errors and omissions fees or broker admin fees.

We offer database, mass email, and lead generation solutions for our agents, along with support on how to best utilize and maximize their benefits.

Our in house designer creates custom flyer templates and marketing materials for our agents to use for sellers, buyers, lead generation and general business operations.

Our website offers every agent a customizable page where they can market themselves by adding testimonials, photos, videos, and preferred vendors.

We meet quarterly as an entire brokerage to discuss market trends, upcoming events, agent feedback, and business strategy; monthly over lunch on a voluntary basis for team connecting and feedback; and if you ever have a question or concern, our broker Luke is always available to help 7 days a week.


Every agent new to Patriot Realty goes through our agent onboarding process, so that they are set up for success.  They are provided with all of the tools they need for their business to grow without any of the fees that cut into an agent’s bottom line. New agents are offered opportunities such as holding open houses, or shadowing senior agents until they are comfortable with the processes and Luke is always happy to review contracts and documents prior to client presentation until agents are confident in their ability to do so independently.


Our goal is to eliminate as many unnecessary fees as possible so that our agents stay profitable, that is why we do not charge these fees to our agents:

  • No Desk Fees

  • No Technology Fees

  • No E&O Fees (Paid by Brokerage)

  • No Website Fees

We want our agent retention rate at 100%, which is why our model focuses on cutting fees, supporting agents with customizable business tools for their strategies, and rewarding experienced agents with secondary streams of revenue.
